Should I switch from Beacons to CueDM?
If you mostly use Beacons for its store, email and media kit, stay. If Instagram DMs are what bring you customers and you want them to read as yours, with no line added, CueDM is built for that.
Can I use both?
Yes, but not two DM automations on the same Instagram account: both would reply to the same comment. Keep one tool for DMs.
