What is CueDM?

CueDM is an Instagram comment-to-DM tool with a link-in-bio page built in. When someone comments a keyword such as LINK or PLAN on your post or reel, CueDM sends them a direct message with your link, guide or code. Your bio page at cuedm.me/yourname has the usual links, forms and embeds, plus buttons that open a DM and send the same message. It runs on Instagram's official API, which Meta reviewed and approved, and you never give CueDM your password.
What it does
- Comment-to-DM automations. Pick a post, a reel, or every post, choose keywords, and write the DM. Matching comments get a private reply, the way Instagram's own rules allow.
- Tracked links. Links in a DM are counted, so you can see which post and which keyword led to a click.
- A link-in-bio page. Links, featured cards, email forms, YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Spotify embeds, scheduled links and analytics, with every item type and every theme on the free plan. See the link-in-bio page.
- One contact list. People who DM you and people who sign up on your bio page land in the same place, and export as a CSV.
- A delivery log. Every DM is listed as sent, skipped, failed or rate-limited, with the reason.
Who it's for
Creators and brands whose Instagram turns comments into customers: a recipe creator sending the recipe, a coach sending a plan, a shop sending a product link, a property agent sending a viewing form. Agencies use the Studio plan to run several clients' accounts with a team and send each client a report.
It is Instagram only. If you need WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or email flows, or a store that takes payments, a broader tool fits better; our comparisons and blog say which.
