Is CueDM a full Manychat replacement?
No, and it does not try to be. CueDM is focused on Instagram comment-to-DM campaigns. If you need a full multi-channel chatbot suite, use a broad platform. If comment-to-DM is the job, CueDM does it for $15/month instead of a contact-metered bill.
What happens when my audience grows?
Nothing. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, free included. The price is per Instagram account, so a post that reaches a million people costs the same as one that reaches a thousand.
Does it support agencies?
Yes. The Studio plan at $39/month includes three Instagram professional accounts, with more at $8 a month each and no ceiling, plus team members with roles, per-account access for clients, analytics, and white-label client reports.
Switching from Manychat: what do I change in Meta?
One setting. Instagram lets only one app own an account's conversations, and Manychat often keeps that even after you cancel. The first DM still goes out, but replies after it, such as the answer to a button tap, fail. In Meta Business Suite, open Settings, Integrations, Conversation routing, pick the Instagram account, remove Manychat under Partner apps, then give CueDM control of conversations.
