Manychat pricing, explained

Manychat pricing charges for contacts. CueDM charges for messages sent.

Manychat's paid plans are metered on contacts: the bill steps up with every tier of people who have ever messaged you, whether or not you message them again. CueDM meters the one thing that costs anything, DMs actually delivered. 1,000 a month free, then $15 flat for one account, $39 for an agency.

What you get
On the free plan, from the first campaign.
  • Unlimited contacts on every plan, free included. An audience is never a bill.
  • Free: 1,000 DMs a month, one account, three active campaigns.
  • Creator: $15 a month, unlimited DMs within Meta's own limits.
  • Studio: $39 a month, three accounts included and $8 for each more, a team, white-label client reports.

How Manychat's meter works

Manychat counts contacts: everyone who has ever sent your account a message. Its Pro plan starts at a low monthly price for a small contact list and moves up a tier each time the list grows past the next threshold. A viral reel that brings in thousands of new commenters can move you up two tiers in a week, and the contacts stay counted after the campaign is over. Check manychat.com/pricing for the current tiers; they change.

How CueDM's meter works

CueDM counts DMs delivered. A comment that matches a keyword becomes one private reply; that is the unit. On the Free plan you get 1,000 a month. On Creator and Studio there is no cap beyond Meta's own rate limits, and contacts are never counted on any plan. The price you see is the price you pay, however big the audience gets.

What you give up

Manychat is a multi-channel chatbot suite: WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, a visual flow builder, live chat seats, and an AI add-on sold separately. CueDM does Instagram comment-to-DM and the pieces around it: tracked links, campaign reports, a bio page, broadcasts to your 24-hour window, and a team. If you need the whole suite, Manychat is the right tool. If comment-to-DM is the job, you are paying for the suite anyway.

Priced on DMs sent, never on contacts

Your audience can grow to a million people without changing the bill. The only number that moves it is how many messages actually go out.

Search questions, answered clearly

Is CueDM cheaper than Manychat?

For Instagram comment-to-DM, usually, and the gap widens as your audience grows: Manychat's bill rises with contacts and CueDM's does not. For a multi-channel chatbot with a flow builder, Manychat is the product to compare against itself; CueDM does not do that job.

What counts as a DM on CueDM?

One private reply delivered to one person from one campaign trigger. Follow-ups and the opening DM that precede a link count toward the same send; a broadcast counts one per recipient. Skipped, rate-limited and failed sends are logged and never counted.

Can I move my campaigns over from Manychat?

Yes. Export your keywords, replies and post links to a CSV and import them from the Campaigns page; each row opens in the builder with the reel picker so you can confirm the post before it goes live.

Where is the current Manychat price list?

On manychat.com/pricing. Tiers and add-on prices change, so this page describes how the meter works rather than quoting a table that may be out of date.
