What counts as a DM?
One private reply sent to one commenter. Public replies under the comment, follow-up messages, and button taps do not count. A comment that matches no keyword sends nothing and costs nothing.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Sends pause until the next month, or the moment you upgrade. Comments keep arriving and are logged, so you can see what you missed. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a contact limit?
No. Every plan has unlimited contacts. The number of people who have ever commented is not a number we charge for.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. Paid plans stop at the end of the period you already paid for and drop back to Free.
