What counts as a DM?
One DM is one commenter reached by one trigger: the opening DM, any follow-ups and the link reveal count as one send. A broadcast counts one per person it reaches. Public replies under the comment are not counted, and neither are comments that match no keyword or sends that were skipped, rate-limited or failed.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Sends pause until your usage resets on your billing day, or the moment you upgrade. Comments keep arriving and are logged, so you can see what you missed. Nothing is deleted.
Is unlimited really unlimited?
Creator and Studio have no monthly DM cap. Sends still follow Instagram's own rate limits, and fair use applies: currently 100,000 delivered DMs per Instagram account a month, as set out in the Plans and billing section of our terms. If an account goes past that, we usually get in touch first.
Is there a contact limit?
No. Every plan has unlimited contacts. The number of people who have ever commented is not a number we charge for.
Who bills me, and is tax included?
Paid plans are sold through Onelink, Stripe's merchant of record. Onelink takes the payment, adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, and sends the receipt and invoice. Prices here are in US dollars before tax, and checkout may show them in your local currency.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. Paid plans stop at the end of the period you already paid for and drop back to Free.
