Is the link-in-bio page free?
Yes. Every CueDM plan, Free included, gets a bio page per Instagram account with every item type and every theme. Free pages carry a small CueDM mark; Creator removes it.
How does a DM button work?
It opens your Instagram DMs through a link that carries a code for one of your automations. Instagram tells CueDM which code the thread was opened with, and CueDM replies with that automation's DM, the same one a comment on its keyword gets.
Can I use my own domain?
On Creator and Studio. Point a domain or subdomain you own at CueDM and the page is served there, with its certificate issued for you.
How is this different from Linktree?
The page itself does the same job: links, embeds, forms, themes. The difference is that it sits on the same account as your comment automations, so a button can send a DM, and every signup and DM lands in one contact list.
Do I need to connect Instagram to make a page?
No, a page can go live on its own. DM buttons need a connected Instagram professional account, since they start an automation on it, and signups join your contacts once one is connected.
