Keeps two words on the same line.

  • Em space U+2003

Find hidden characters

Paste text and every invisible or unusual space is marked.

Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere.

Several Unicode characters draw as nothing. Some are spaces of different widths, some are blanks from other scripts, and some have no width at all. Apps treat them differently, which is why one blank works in an Instagram caption and another is stripped out.

The checker does the reverse: paste a caption, a username or a line of code and it marks every invisible or unusual space, which is how you find out why two strings that look identical don't match.

Questions about invisible character

Anything else, write to support@cuedm.com.

Which one should I use for an Instagram line break?
The Braille blank (U+2800). Instagram keeps it, and it has a visible width, so the line isn't treated as empty.
Can I make my name invisible?
Some apps accept a blank name with the Hangul filler (U+3164); others reject it. Instagram's Name field can be left empty instead.
