A Discord timestamp is a Unix time in a short code, like <t:1792000000:F>. Discord shows it in each reader's own time zone and language, so “8 pm” never has to be followed by “your time?”.

The letter at the end picks the style: short or long time, short or long date, both, or relative (“in 3 hours”), which counts down live.

Questions about discord timestamps

Anything else, write to support@cuedm.com.

Do timestamps work in embeds and channel topics?
In embed descriptions and fields, yes, and in channel topics. Not in embed titles or footers.
Which time zone does this page use?
Your device's. The code itself has no time zone: it's a moment, shown locally to everyone.
