YouTube banner size
YouTube channel banners are 2560 × 1440. See the 1546 × 423 safe area that shows on every device, and resize your image to fit.
Safe area: shows on every device2560 × 1440
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere.
YouTube shows the whole 2560 × 1440 banner only on TVs. A computer shows a wide strip across the middle, and a phone shows less. The middle 1546 × 423 is the part every device shows, so the channel name and any text go there.
Fill the rest with background that still looks right when cut off at any width.
