LinkedIn text formatter

Write your LinkedIn post, select a word or line, and make it bold, italic, underlined or struck through, then copy the whole post with the 3,000-character count shown.

120 / 3,000

Select words, then pick a style. With nothing selected, the word at the cursor is styled.

Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere.

LinkedIn posts don't have a bold button. Styling with Unicode letters works, but converting a whole post in a separate generator and pasting pieces back is slow, so this formatter styles words in place.

Bold one line, a heading or a key number, not whole paragraphs. Recruiters and screen readers both read bold Unicode less easily than plain text.

Questions about linkedin text formatter

Anything else, write to support@cuedm.com.

Does bold text help a post's reach?
There's no sign LinkedIn ranks styled text differently. It helps a reader find the line that matters, which may help them keep reading.
Can I remove the styling later?
Yes. Select the styled words and choose Remove styling.
Can everyone read styled text?
Most people see it, but screen readers often read these letters one at a time, and search inside the app may not match them. Keep the words people search for plain.
