Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere.
Discord custom emoji upload as images up to 256 KB, and show at small sizes in chat. A 128 × 128 PNG with a transparent background is the usual target: big enough for the larger emoji view, small enough for the limit.
Choose Fit to keep the whole image, with a transparent background, and crop the source tightly first so the emoji fills the square.
